90 Day Home Sold Guarantee - If we do not have your home under contract (in escrow) within 90 days of signing our agreement, we will do the work for free.
Weekly Follow Up Guarantee - As our client, we will give you a follow up phone call, text and/or email once per week all the way until escrow is closed. If we do not, we will pay $200 towards closing costs from our pocket. Even if it happens only one time.
Call Back Guarantee: - We will call you back the same day if your call comes in between 8am-5pm. If it is after business hours we call you back the next business day.
